Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds, cancellations, credits, and billing matters are handled for services provided by GlobSynk Inc. (“GlobSynk,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing or using any GlobSynk service, you agree to this Policy and our Terms.
1. Digital Services & Immediate Access
GlobSynk provides digitally delivered services (including AI clones, AI agents, automations, integrations, configuration, and support). You acknowledge that access and work may begin immediately after purchase, including allocation of infrastructure, engineering time, human review, and configuration efforts.
Because these are digital and labor-intensive services, refunds are limited and are subject to review and approval as described in this Policy (to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law).
2. Non-Refundable Fees
2.1 Setup / Onboarding / Configuration Fees
All one-time onboarding, setup, configuration, and implementation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. These fees cover (without limitation) discovery, intake processing, human review, system preparation, tooling setup, infrastructure allocation, and deployment planning.
2.2 Professional Services & Custom Work
Fees for professional services, customization, integrations, consulting, expedited work, and bespoke implementation are non-refundable once the work has started, regardless of whether the project is later paused, canceled, or modified.
3. Subscription Billing & Cancellations
Subscription plans may be canceled through the applicable billing portal or by contacting us. Unless otherwise required by law:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further recurring charges will apply after cancellation takes effect.
- No prorated refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.
- Cancellation stops renewal; it does not undo charges already processed for the current period.
3.1 Service Cutoff After Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated in writing, upon cancellation (or non-payment) GlobSynk may reduce, suspend, or terminate access to services as of the effective cancellation date, including hosted endpoints, dashboards, integrations, agent workflows, and messaging connections.
4. Yearly Prepaid Plans
Yearly prepaid plans may be offered at a discounted rate. Due to discounted pricing and upfront resource allocation, yearly prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable after purchase, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement signed by GlobSynk.
5. Limited Refund Window (7 Days) & Eligibility
If a refund is available under this Policy, it must be requested within seven (7) calendar days of the initial charge date for the subscription purchase (the “Refund Window”).
Important: If the service has been used for more than 7 days, or if the Refund Window has passed, no refunds will be issued.
5.1 Refunds Are Subject to Review & Approval
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by GlobSynk in its reasonable discretion. GlobSynk may require supporting information, including (without limitation) account identifiers, usage logs, screenshots, and a written description of the issue.
5.2 Conditions That May Qualify (Within 7 Days)
A refund request may be considered only if ALL of the following apply:
- The request is submitted within the Refund Window.
- The issue is a verified technical defect that materially prevents the core service from functioning as intended.
- You provide reasonable cooperation for troubleshooting (including allowing GlobSynk a reasonable opportunity to fix).
- The service has not been materially customized, deployed, or used beyond a reasonable evaluation period (as determined by GlobSynk’s review).
If a refund is approved, it generally applies only to the subscription charge in question. Setup/onboarding and professional services fees remain non-refundable.
5.3 Exclusions (No Refunds)
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind, preference, or “not what I expected” after purchase.
- Delays or limitations caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late customer-provided information.
- Customer environment issues (devices, browsers, email delivery, third-party accounts, security restrictions).
- Third-party outages, platform changes, approval delays, policy changes, or restrictions outside GlobSynk’s control.
- Violations of our Terms, misuse, abuse, or prohibited activity.
- Accounts with excessive, repeated, or bad-faith refund requests.
6. Promotions, Coupons & Adjustments
Promotional discounts and coupons may be offered from time to time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, promotions apply only to setup fees and/or the first subscription billing period.
Promotions are not guaranteed and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Approved discount adjustments (if any) may be issued as a partial refund or credit, at GlobSynk’s discretion.
7. Payment Processors & Banking Timelines
Approved refunds (if any) are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible and are subject to the terms, rules, and processing timelines of third-party payment providers and financial institutions, including but not limited to Stripe, card networks, issuing banks, and (if used) PayPal.
Processing times vary by provider and bank. While many refunds post sooner, certain cases may take longer due to bank/processor review requirements, dispute status, compliance checks, and network rules. In some circumstances, posting may take up to 90 days.
GlobSynk is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, card networks, or banks.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution, GlobSynk may, to the extent permitted by law:
- Suspend or restrict access to services immediately.
- Terminate access and refuse future service.
- Provide documentation to the payment processor demonstrating service delivery and usage.
9. Suspension & Termination
GlobSynk may suspend or terminate services (without refund) if you violate our Terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise create security, legal, or operational risk.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy at any time. Updates take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
